How I can help

People often come to counselling when things feel heavy, confusing, or hard to manage alone. Whether you’re dealing with a loss or you’re a young person trying to make sense of everything going on, it can really help to have a space that’s just for you.

  • A chance to talk openly, without fear of judgement

  • Somewhere to gently explore grief or big emotions

  • Support through changes, pressure, or uncertainty

  • Building confidence and finding ways to cope

  • Making sense of thoughts and feelings

  • Time to slow down and reflect

Sometimes, it’s simply about having someone alongside you while you figure things out. People come to me for help with a wide range of issues. ADD/ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum, Depression, Disability, Eating Disorders, Health Related issues, Identity Issues, LGBTQ+ Counselling, Loss, Neurodiversity, Phobias, Self-esteem, Self-harm, Sexual Identity, Stress, Trauma.

Using an integrative approach, I adapt how I work depending on what you need. With teenagers and young people I use creative approaches to help them express emotions safely when words feel difficult, encouraging self-awareness, emotional processing, communication and healing.
